Refund policy

At Cocoa Club, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure everything goes smoothly.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused clothing within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please make sure items are sent back in their original condition, including any tags or packaging.

Email Us: To begin the return process, please send an email to cocoaclubclothing@outlook.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

Return Label: After we receive your request, we’ll email you a return label. Please print it and attach it securely to your parcel.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item). If the mistake is ours, we will cover the cost of sending it back.

Once your return reaches us, refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the day you hand your package over to the carrier. In many cases, refunds are completed sooner.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us right away at cocoaclubclothing@outlook.com. We’ll organise a return and offer either a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

Cocoa Club does not charge restocking fees, as long as items are returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
